Wash the veggies with fresh hot water
Wash and perfectly chop the onion and
add the finely chopped up onion in the panCut the veggies very finely so that it
will get cooked easily in short period of timePour the ghee / oil in a large pan, heat
it lightlyFry up until the onion become brownish.
Then remove them from the pan and keep asideAdd the washed rice as well as the
spices in the hot panTo make it more zesty add red chilli
pasteKeep mixing. Fry for about 3 to 5
minutes till the rice appears glazedAdd salt and boiling water one inch
above the rice levelBoil and cook till the water is almost
absorbedPut into a very slow oven at 250 degree
and then leave it for 20-25 minutes up until the rice gets cooked

Only thing to perform is cut the vegetable finely.
Including minced garlic is an optional ingredient to make your recipe tastier.
Cook each ingredient separately (raw vegetables or meat, egg). Mix all the
